Engineer Wael Ma’amari, the spokesperson for the road project, stated that the areas adjacent to the road are among the most disadvantaged and have suffered for decades from any public health, education, and other services, with no schools, no health centers, no clean water wells, and no real human development.
Mr. Mahfouz al-Bakari, Chairman of the Oversight Committee, appealed to all organizations to intervene in the implementation of this project, as it is a humanitarian intervention that will have an impact at all levels, calling on all to unite towards this goal.
